Q: Are your items pre-made?
A: I offer a mix of both! Some of my items are pre-finished and ready to ship, while others are custom-made to your specifications. In both cases, every single item is handcrafted by me. My pre-made products are perfect if you need something quickly, while my custom items allow for complete personalization. Each product description will specify whether the item is a pre-made or a custom order.

Q: What materials do you use for your products?
A: I use high-quality materials to ensure that each item is both beautiful and durable.
Tumblers: My snow globe and lava drip tumblers are made from BPA-free plastic. The liquid inside is a non-toxic, food-grade glycerin or mineral oil mixture.
Keychains: These are sturdy, motel-style plastic keychains.
Bags: The bags are made from a thick, durable canvas, perfect for everyday use.

Q: What is your processing time?
A: Since every item is custom-made, my current processing time is 2-5 business days. This is the time it takes for me to handcraft your order before it's ready to be shipped. This does not include the shipping time.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Once your order is created and shipped, transit times can vary based on your location and the shipping carrier. Typically, standard shipping within the U.S. takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, so you can track its journey to you.

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: Due to the custom nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, your satisfaction is important to me. If there is an issue with your order that was a mistake on my part (for example, a spelling error on a personalized item or a defect), please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. I will do my best to resolve it for you.
